Sugarman & Associates, has been recognized as one of the most “Influential Philadelphia Area Lawyers” in the field of condominium and homeowners association law in theNovember issue of Philadelphia magazine. Mr. Sugarman’s selection was based upon the same voting process that recognized him as a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” in 2009 for the third consecutive year.
A member of the prestigious College of Community Association Lawyers and a past president of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Pennsylvania/Delaware Valley Chapter, Mr. Sugarman continues to be in the forefront in developing statutory and decisional law in the community association arena throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
